SCI-100

Based on the AN1000 chip set, the SCI-100 is targetted at applications requiring a level of customisation. It is suited to VAR resellers or system integrators who which to add power-line communications to their systems. The function and operation of the SCI-100 s controlled by a small, simple to implement set of instructions. This allows the designer to develop the desired network archecture.

The SCI-100 comes in two versions. The SCI-100P is a complete systems. It includes a mains power supply, isolation unit, standard V24 serial connector. The SCI-100S is a module version. The module does not contain a mains power supply, isolation unit or standard serial connector. Separate power supply, isolaton units and serial connector are available from Altcom. Alternatively these can be designed by the integrator.
